Our shop is located at G-2 A in the Paliwal Plaza, which is right by Ajmeri Gate. It is a busy little spot and we are usually surrounded by machines and stacks of paper. We have been here for a while now, focusing on photocopiers and keeping them running. If you walk in, you will probably see one of us with ink on our hands or hunched over a machine with a screwdriver. It is not a quiet or particularly tidy place because there is always a repair going on. We have parts for all sorts of copiers tucked away in different corners. We don't use any fancy systems to run things; we just know where everything is. The plaza gets a lot of people coming through, so it stays pretty loud outside our door. We handle a lot of different problems, from simple jams to machines that won't turn on at all. It is just a small operation here at Ajmeri Gate. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, open the shop, and fix what needs fixing. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to track down a specific part for an older model, but we do what we can. We have built up a bit of a routine over the years in this plaza. It is a practical business for people who just need their equipment to work again.
