You can find us at Vaishali Nagar, right near the Karni Palace landmark. It’s a well-known spot, so most people don’t have trouble finding the building. We focus on mobiles here, doing all the usual stuff like repairs and selling accessories. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are shelves filled with phone cases and chargers along the walls. I spend a lot of time working with tiny screws and screwdrivers, which can be a bit hard on the eyes after a few hours. The area around Karni Palace is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Sometimes it’s too noisy, but you get used to it. We aren't part of any big chain. It's just a local business where we know the people who walk in. I try to be honest with folks about whether their old phone is worth fixing or if they should just get a new one. I’m not a big talker, but I get the job done. The floor could use a new coat of paint, and the sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but it does the job. It’s a simple setup. We open in the morning, do the repairs, talk to the customers, and go home when the sun goes down. Most of the day is just routine work.
