Maheshwari Traders

We’re located at number 11 in the Ajay Complex, right in the thick of Chandpole Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in the city. There’s always someone shouting, a horn honking, or the smell of something frying nearby. Our space in the complex is a bit tucked back, which is nice because it’s slightly quieter than being right on the main street. We’ve been Maheshwari Traders for as long as I can remember. The shop is filled with stacks of stuff that we’ve collected over the years. We try to keep it organized, but honestly, it’s a constant battle against the mess. We start our day early, usually getting here before the main gates of the bazar even open. It’s the only time we can get any real work done without interruptions. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like things done. Customers come in and we just talk to them like neighbors. There’s no script or sales pitch here. We just show them what’s on the shelves and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s worked for us through all the changes in the market over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward.
