M N Roses Nursery

M N Roses Nursery is located at G-10 Hawa Sarak, right inside the Nand Plaza at Nandpuri. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a nursery, being in a plaza, but we make it work. We have roses everywhere. You can usually smell them before you even get to our door. It’s a lot of work keeping flowers looking good when they are in pots. We spend a lot of time pruning and making sure the soil is just right. Each rose has its own personality, or at least that’s how it feels when you work with them every day. People come in looking for something special for their gardens or for a gift. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s just us and the plants in our corner of the building. The floor is usually a bit wet from the watering, so you have to watch your step. We enjoy being on Hawa Sarak. It’s a busy area and we get all kinds of people stopping by. Sometimes they just want to look at the colors. We don’t mind. It’s nice to have a bit of nature in the middle of all the concrete. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have any big sales pitches. If a plant looks healthy, it usually sells itself. We’re just local people who happen to really like growing roses. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even if your hands get a few thorns now and then.
