Kshamadeep Ventures is tucked away at B-148 Anandpuri, right on M.D. Road in the Jawahar Nagar part of Jaipur. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been here for a good stretch of time. We aren't exactly a massive operation, just a small group of people working together. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. We handle various venture activities, but it’s mostly just administrative stuff and planning. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough hours in the day to get through everything. We don't have a polished corporate image. Usually, the office is a bit messy with files, and the phone is ringing more than we’d like. But that is how it goes when you’re running a small business. People in Jawahar Nagar know where we are. We don't spend money on big ads. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a very local feel. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the next steps for the business. There is no script for how we do things. We just figure it out as we go along. Most of the staff has been around since the start, so we're like a small family. It’s just how we like to run Kshamadeep Ventures. B-148 is our spot, and we’re there almost every day of the week, just working. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that.
