You can find us tucked away at S 5 in Jayanti Market, which is just off the main M I Road. It can be a very tight squeeze inside the shop sometimes because we have so many different phone cases, cables, and chargers hanging from every available inch of wall space. Krazy Telecom has been a part of this crowded market for a good while now. Every single day is a different mix of people coming in with cracked screens, dead batteries, or phones that simply won't charge no matter what they try. We see a lot of stressed faces that eventually turn into happy ones once we recover their old photos or get their device working again. It is a small shop, but we really make the most of the space we have. The air conditioner hums away in the corner while we focus on those tiny, annoying screws. We do not really do any of that big corporate sales talk here. Usually, a customer just tells us what is wrong, and we tell them plainly how much it will cost and how long they have to wait. Jayanti Market is always buzzing with energy, and we are right in the thick of it. We try to keep up with all the newest phone models, but we still spend plenty of time fixing the older ones too. We take some pride in just getting the job done properly without making a big deal out of it.
