Khamaswadi Agro Producer Company Ltd.

Our group is based out in Sanganer. It’s an area known for a lot of things, but for us, it’s where we handle our agro business. Khamaswadi Agro Producer Company Ltd. is really just a bunch of us working together with what the land gives. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space where we can meet and talk about crops and supplies. The floors are usually a bit dusty from the sacks we move around. Sanganer can get very hot, so we usually start our work early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and looking at what’s coming in from the fields. It’s a lot of manual work and checking quality by hand. We aren’t trying to be some giant company; we just want to make sure the produce gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’d rather be outside than sitting at a desk. We use old fans to keep the air moving during the afternoon meetings. People from around Sanganer know us, and we try to keep things simple and honest. There isn’t much flair to what we do, just the regular cycle of the seasons and the hard work that goes with it. We often share stories about the weather and how it’s affecting the harvests. It’s the kind of talk that matters when you're in the agro business.
