Kapil Traders

Kapil Traders is over at Johari Bazar, specifically on K G B Ka Rasta at number 179. If you’ve ever walked through Johari Bazar, you know it’s like a maze sometimes with all those side paths. Our shop is one of those spots that’s been around for a bit, just handling the usual trading work. It’s a busy area, especially with all the narrow lanes and people constantly moving back and forth with their carts. We spend our days mostly inside the shop, dealing with whatever goods come in and out. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for the stock and a place for us to sit and do the billing. Being at number 179 means we see a lot of the daily bustle of the Rasta. Sometimes it gets quite cramped when deliveries arrive, but we manage to get things moved around eventually. We don’t really go in for anything flashy. The walls are lined with whatever we are trading at the time, and there’s always a list of things to do. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of the little details. Most of the people we deal with are other traders from the same market or folks who have been coming to this lane for years. We keep the doors open from morning until late evening, just like everyone else around here. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in the city.
