Kannan Traders

Kannan Traders is based in Jaipur Towers on M.I. Road. We are at unit 114, which isn't too hard to find once you get inside the building. M.I. Road is always buzzing with tourists and locals, so there is a lot of energy right outside our doorstep. Inside the towers, it is a bit of a maze with all the different businesses, but we have our own little corner that suits us just fine. Our space is mostly filled with boxes and ledgers. We do a lot of trading back and forth, so there is always something being packed or unpacked on the main table. It is a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to hauling crates. The air conditioner struggles a bit during the peak of summer, but we manage with a few extra fans. We have been in this spot for quite a while now, and we have seen a lot of neighbors come and go. We usually start the day with a quick sweep and then get straight into the orders that came in overnight. There isn't much room for fancy decorations, so we just have some old photos and a clock that runs a few minutes fast. It’s a busy, cramped, and functional place where we just focus on moving our goods and keeping the records straight for the day.
