Bhilwara is known for its textiles, but there are plenty of us doing other things like food too. Our days are filled with checking ingredients, looking at batches, and making sure everything is clean and ready. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are eating what we handle. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We are just a local food company trying to do things the right way. The kitchen and storage areas are the most important parts of our building. It smells like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when a big order comes in, but we manage to get through it. We don't write long stories about our vision. We just think about the food and the people who will buy it. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside and the ovens or machines are running. We’ve got a small group of workers who are more like friends now. We just want to keep the business steady and provide something good for the town. That is pretty much all there is to it. We keep moving forward every day.
