Our company is K P G Organics Private Limited. We are located way out in the Village & Post of Jharpatlon Ki Dhani, which is in Tehsil Bassi. It’s a rural area, far from the city noise and the heavy pollution. We like it this way because it’s better for the organic stuff we work on every day. The air is cleaner and we have more space to breathe and work. Our setup is right in the heart of the village. Most of us who work here grew up around these fields and know the land well. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass walls. It's mostly just the warehouse and some outdoor space where we manage the organic materials. Life moves a bit slower here in Bassi compared to the city. We follow the seasons rather than a clock most of the time. If someone wants to visit, they usually have to ask for directions once they get into the village because the roads don't always have clear signs for every turn. We use the local knowledge passed down from our parents to keep things running right. It’s a lot of physical labor, getting our hands dirty and making sure the organic standards are met for everything we produce. We aren't looking to become a massive global firm or anything. We just want to do good work right here in our own village. The birds sing a lot in the mornings.
