Jyoti Techno Industries

Being out here in Bagru at the Riico Industrial Area means a lot of travel time for most of us. We are at G-43, right in Phase-III, and it’s a pretty big space though it feels small once you fill it with all the equipment. Jyoti Techno Industries isn't a huge name or anything, we are just a group of people who understand how to handle the tech side of things. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons here, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before the sun is directly overhead. Most of the time, the floor is covered in parts or tools that someone forgot to put back, but we find everything eventually. It’s quiet enough out here compared to the city, which is nice if you like that sort of thing. We take our tea breaks together under the small shade near the entrance. It is just basic work, really. No one wears suits or gives long speeches about goals. We just look at what needs fixing or making and we get to it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait, but that gives us time to talk about things other than work. It’s a simple setup at G-43, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls have stains from the machines. We don't mind. It feels like home after all these years of working.
