JSK Mobile

Our shop JSK Mobile is right by the Jaipur G P O area. It’s a convenient spot because so many people pass by the post office every day. We mainly deal with phone repairs and selling small accessories like earphones and cases. The shop is quite small, so it feels packed once three or four people are inside. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. Most people come in because they dropped their phone and the screen is a mess. I spend a lot of time with small screwdrivers and tweezers trying to fix those tiny parts. It's quiet in the mornings but picks up a lot by the afternoon. We have some used phones for sale too if someone is looking for something cheap. The shelves are a bit disorganized sometimes because we get a lot of stock in and don't always have time to put it away neatly. It’s a bit dusty with all the traffic outside but we try to keep the glass counters clean. We don't do any big advertising, just the sign out front. People usually find us just by walking past or because their friend told them we could fix a battery issue. It’s just a regular life running a shop in a busy part of town like this. We keep it simple and just do the work. It takes a lot of patience to fix these gadgets and talk to people all day.
