Jainsons

Jainsons is located inside the Shalimar Complex on Church Road, just off M I Road at number 618. Being in a complex means we have a bit of a different vibe than the shops right on the street. It’s a bit more tucked away, but people still find their way to us. We’ve been here for quite a while, dealing with various electronics and mobile items. The shop is filled with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, mostly holding boxes of stock and repair equipment. We spend our days answering phones and dealing with walk-in customers who have various technical issues. It’s a bit of a maze in the complex, but once you find us, you’ll see we have a pretty decent range of things. We don't put on a show or have a fancy reception desk. It’s just a counter where we talk to people and look at their devices. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the other shops nearby are busy, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure a repair is done properly so the customer doesn't have to come back the next day for the same problem. It’s a steady way to make a living, and we appreciate the regulars who have been coming to see us for years in this same spot. It’s just how we run things here.
