Jai Battery Service

Jai Battery Service is tucked away on M I Road in the Bagh Of Purohit area. It is a busy part of town and we are usually surrounded by the sound of traffic and people shouting. Our shop is where we deal with all sorts of battery issues. We have heavy lead batteries sitting on the ground and cables snaking across the workbench. Most of the day is spent testing voltages or cleaning off that white crust that grows on battery terminals. It is messy work and our hands are usually stained with something by lunch. We have a small wooden desk where we keep our receipts and a few spare parts. The walls are painted a dull color and have posters of different battery brands that have been there for years. People come to us when their car won’t start or when they need a new battery for their home inverter. It gets hot inside because of the charging machines running, so we keep a big jug of water in the corner for anyone who needs a drink. We don't have any fancy signs, just the one outside that has been there since we opened. Sometimes we sit on the plastic chairs outside the front door just to catch a bit of a breeze. It's a straightforward business where we just focus on the work in front of us. We have many regulars who have been coming to this spot on M I Road for a long time.
