Jagdamba Mobile

We have been running Jagdamba Mobile on Agra Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly deal with mobile phones and all the small things that go with them. People come in when their screens are cracked or if they need a new battery because the old one won't hold a charge anymore. It’s a small shop and we have shelves lining the walls with different cases and chargers. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. Sometimes the repair work takes longer than we expect, especially if we have to wait for a specific part to arrive by courier. We try to tell people honestly how long it will actually take. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have a good lamp at the repair desk. It’s just a regular place where you can get your phone looked at. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our customers are just people living nearby or those who pass through Agra Road on their way to work. We see a lot of the same people every week. It’s a decent living and we enjoy talking to the regulars who stop by even if they don't need anything fixed. Some days are really quiet and we just sit and wait, while other days everyone seems to have a broken phone at the same time.
