J V Telecom

Our shop, J V Telecom, is over at Malviya Nagar 30. It’s a decent-sized place compared to some of the tiny stalls you see in the old city. We handle a lot of different things here, from new mobile connections to fixing hardware issues. The neighborhood is a bit more modern, so we get a mix of young students and older residents coming in. I keep the shop open until quite late because that’s when most people have time to come in. The counters are made of glass and wood, and they’ve seen a lot of use over the years. I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or explaining to customers how a certain feature works. We have a back room where we keep the extra stock and a small area for doing repairs. It’s not always perfectly tidy, especially on days when we have a lot of repair work piled up. I like the atmosphere here because it feels steady. There’s always someone coming in for a new screen guard or a quick recharge. We don't have a huge team, just a couple of us working through the tasks of the day. It’s a practical business, and we focus on getting things done for the people who live around Malviya Nagar without making things more complicated than they need to be. There is no point in rushing things when it comes to fixing a delicate phone.
