J K Mobile is situated at 117 in Raja Park. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been here for a good bit now. Most of our day is spent looking at small screens and trying to figure out what’s wrong with them. People come in with cracked glass or batteries that won't charge anymore. It’s fiddly work. You need steady hands and a bit of patience for it. The shop at Raja Park 117 isn't very large, so it gets crowded pretty quickly when a few customers show up at once. We keep a variety of spare parts and accessories on the shelves behind the counter. It's mostly just us working here, sometimes staying late to finish a repair that’s proving to be tricky. We don’t have a big corporate team. It’s just a local shop. The neighborhood is lively, which is good for business, but it also means there’s always something happening outside the door. We’ve seen all sorts of phones come through here over the years. Some are easy to fix, others just take time. We try to be honest about what can be done. There’s no point in promising something if the part isn't available. We just take things one day at a time. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on tiny screws. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we just tidy up the place to keep it looking decent. It’s a decent way to make a living here in Raja Park. We just keep our heads down and do the repairs as they come.
