You can find us at G-47 in the Ganpati Telecom building on M I Road. Being on such a major road means there is always something going on outside the window. We represent Intex here. Mostly, we deal with the phones and gadgets people use every single day. The shop is a bit small and tucked away with several other businesses. It stays busy enough, though. We see a lot of people coming in with broken speakers or looking for a cheap spare phone for their work. A lot of time is spent testing cables and making sure batteries actually charge up. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at small circuit boards and screws. We don't have a big corporate team. It is just a few of us who know our way around electronics. Sometimes a customer comes in and we spend twenty minutes just trying to explain how a simple setting works. That’s just part of the job. M I Road gets really packed in the evenings. We usually close up once the traffic starts to die down a bit. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the middle of everything. We keep a stock of the common parts in the back. It means people don’t have to wait too long. We just get through the work as it comes in.
