We are located on the 3rd floor of Sunny Mart, at No. 322, right in the middle of New Aatish Market. Intex Build Home Creation Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this office for a while now. The market is always buzzing with people, especially since it’s a hub for building and home stuff. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re mostly focused on our desks and the plans we’re working on. We deal with building and home designs, so there are always blueprints and samples lying around the place. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We’re just a team of people who like to build things and help others with their homes. New Aatish Market is a good spot for us because we’re close to everything we need. Sometimes the elevator in Sunny Mart is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a simple, practical way to work. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements. Most people just find us while they’re shopping in the market for other things. We just try to be honest about what we can do and keep the work moving along as best we can. It’s just us here every day doing our bit to get things finished.
