Aarti Furniture Workshop

Aarti Furniture Workshop is situated near Shivkunj Garden on Sikar Road. It is a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. The smell of wood and sawdust is pretty much constant here. We work on all sorts of furniture pieces. It’s a workshop, so it’s loud and there’s always something being cut or sanded. We’ve been on Sikar Road for quite some time now. It’s a good spot for us. People driving by can see us working. We don’t have a fancy front office. Most of the space is taken up by benches, saws, and wood piles. We do the work ourselves, from the first cut to the final bit of finishing. It’s hard work on the hands, but it’s what we do. Shivkunj Garden is right nearby, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk. We just show people what we are making. Sometimes the workshop gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of orders, but we manage. Every piece of furniture gets our attention. We aren't a big factory. It’s just a local workshop where things are made by hand. We like the grit and the process of building things from scratch. That is how we have always done it here on Sikar Road. We just keep our heads down and focus on the wood.
