Indradhanush Plants Maintenance Service is based out of 842 Adarsh Nagar, in the Frontier Colony area. It is a bit different from a factory. We have a lot of tools and supplies for plants piled up around the place. Adarsh Nagar is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood here. We are usually out and about most of the day. Our base is just where we store the shears, the fertilizer, and the gear. It’s a bit messy sometimes with soil and pots scattered around. The staff is usually busy loading up the small vans to go to different sites. We don't have a big corporate office. It's more of a home-base kind of setup. People in Frontier Colony know us for being around. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather because it affects everything we do. If it rains too much, we are stuck inside. If it’s too dry, we are working twice as hard. It’s a simple life focused on keeping things green. We aren't some massive company with a call center. It’s just us, a few workers who know their way around a garden, and a lot of dirt under our fingernails. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. We just take care of things.
