We operate out of VKIA Road Number 5, at plot F 76. Being in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area means it’s always a bit dusty and there is a lot of heavy machinery moving around nearby. We deal with coaches and buses, so we need a fair bit of space to keep things moving. The yard is usually filled with these large vehicles in various stages of being worked on by the guys. It’s not a quiet office job; there’s always the sound of metal clicking or engines idling in the background. We spend our days checking the seats, the frames, and making sure everything is bolted down right. The sun can get really hot out here on the pavement in the summer, but we have our routines to get through the day. Most of our staff have been doing this for a long time, so they know their way around a bus chassis better than anything else. We don't have a glossy reception area with free coffee or anything like that. Instead, you'll find a small room with some old chairs and a lot of logbooks on the desk. It’s a practical business for people who need their transport fleet kept in running order. We see a lot of drivers and fleet owners coming through the gate, and we just handle the business one vehicle at a time. It’s hard work, but it’s what keeps the transport lines running for the passengers.
