Haji Rubber Industries

Haji Rubber Industries is located at shop number 32 on Moti Dungri Road. We are right by the Muslim School, which means it gets very loud and busy when the kids are heading home or arriving in the morning. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. You can smell the rubber as soon as you step inside. It’s a specific kind of smell that you just get used to after working here for a few days. We have all sorts of rubber items stacked on the shelves and sometimes on the floor too. It’s not a neat and tidy place like a boutique. It’s a working shop. We spend a lot of time helping people find exactly what they need for their repairs or projects. Moti Dungri Road is a lively place to be. There’s always someone passing by or stopping to ask a question. We don’t have a website or a marketing team; we just have our shop and the work we do. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if it’s just a few of us here. We keep the shutters up from morning until late, and the shop is just a basic space with old counters and a lot of history. It’s just a simple business in a busy part of town. We’ve been here at shop 32 for quite a while now. We know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s just how things are here.
