Grover Industrial Sewing Machines

Our shop is right in the middle of Tripolia Bazar. If you know the area, we are at 42, near Saraka Suily, just under there. It is a busy spot. You can hear the sounds of machines and people shouting all day long. We have Grover Industrial Sewing Machines stacked up all over the place. They are heavy things, mostly made of cast iron and steel. My father started with this kind of work, and now we just keep it going. The floor is usually a bit oily because these machines need a lot of lubrication to run right. We get a lot of tailors and factory owners coming in. They usually know exactly what part they need, so we spend time digging through drawers to find a specific needle or a bobbin case. The lighting isn't great in this part of the bazar, but we know where everything is kept. It is a bit cramped with all the crates around. Sometimes a customer brings in a machine that looks like it’s fifty years old and expects us to make it run like new. We do what we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the market shuts down at night. Tripolia is a loud place, but it's where we belong. We don't have a fancy showroom, just the machines and the tools we use to fix them and keep the local garment trade moving.
