Friends Cellular Point

The shop is at 279 Ramganj Bazar. It is a small space but we have a lot of stuff packed into it. At Friends Cellular Point, mobile phones, chargers, headphones, and screen protectors are all over the glass counters. We spend most of the day behind the counter either selling small accessories or trying to fix a phone. The street outside is very narrow and always crowded with people and rickshaws. It is one of the oldest parts of the city. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait for their phone to be looked at. The lighting is bright so we can see the small screws inside the phones. Sometimes we get frustrated when a part doesn't fit right but that is part of the job. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tools. We talk to the people walking by and sometimes they just stop in to ask for directions. It is a friendly place. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just try to fix what is broken and sell what people need for their phones. The walls are covered with posters of old phone models. It is a bit messy with wires hanging here and there. We close up late in the evening when the market finally starts to quiet down and we can finally head home after a long day.
