Eoan Farm Fresh

We've been out here in Vimalpura for a good while now. It's near Kaladera, just off the main path where the dust settles on the leaves if the wind picks up. Eoan Farm Fresh isn't a big fancy operation with suits and meetings. Mostly, it’s just us waking up before the sun is even thinking about showing its face. The dirt under our fingernails tells the real story of what we do every day. We spend most of our time looking at the sky, wondering if it’s going to rain or if the heat is going to bake everything dry. It’s hard work, and my back usually hurts by noon, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with the land. We grow things, pack them up, and try to keep everything moving. Sometimes the tractor breaks down or a fence needs fixing, and that takes up the whole afternoon. People around here know where to find us. We don’t have a shiny lobby or anything like that. Just a gate and the fields. When you walk around the property, you can see where we’ve tried different things over the years. Some worked out, some didn’t. That’s just farming for you. It’s not perfect, but it’s what we know. We just stay busy and try to make sure the plants are doing what they’re supposed to do. It is a long day every day, but we are used to it by now.
