Dynamic Nonwovens Private Limited

Our shed for Dynamic Nonwovens Private Limited is located at G-104 in the RIICO Sitapura Industrial Area. If you have ever been out this way, you know how dusty and hot it gets during the summer months. It is a long drive from the main city of Jaipur, so we usually get here early before the sun gets too high. We make these fabrics that do not need any weaving, which involves some pretty big machines that make a lot of noise. The hum of the factory never really stops during the day shift. We have a small partitioned area in the front that we call the office, but most of us spend our time on the factory floor making sure the rollers are moving right. The RIICO area is always busy with transport trucks and people moving crates. We have a small water cooler near the door that everyone crowds around when it hits noon. It is an industrial life, nothing very glamorous about it. We have some stacks of raw material piled up almost to the ceiling right now. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to wait for the generators to kick in. We eat our lunch together in the shade of the loading dock. It is a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the rolls of fabric packed and ready for the trucks that come in the evenings to pick them up for delivery.
