Dwrika Telecom

Down in Vidhyadhar Nagar, specifically at G-49 on the Spine, you’ll find our little corner called Dwrika Telecom. It isn't a huge place, just a standard shop where we keep the essentials for mobile users. We spend a lot of time behind the counter looking at broken screens and trying to figure out why a battery won't hold a charge anymore. The shelves have some chargers, earphones, and those colorful plastic covers that everyone seems to like. We don't have a big staff, just us handles the walk-ins. The area is usually quite active, so there is always some noise from the street coming in through the open door. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the way people drop their phones stays the same. We take the repairs as they come. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, and we have to explain that to the customers. Most people are understanding about it. We don't use any fancy computers to track every little thing; a simple notebook usually does the job for us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the cooler is always running. It’s just a regular local business where we try to be helpful without making a big fuss about things. We like being part of this community and staying busy.
