Dwarika Telecom & Enterprises

I usually get here around nine in the morning to open up the shutters at Dwarika Telecom & Enterprises. Tonk Road is already busy by then with people rushing to work. Our spot at S8 in Lal Kothi is easy to find, right there near the main stretch. Most days, it's just about helping folks with their phone connections or finding a charger that actually works for their old handsets. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. I've spent a lot of time sitting behind this counter, watching the traffic go by outside. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for the lines to get fixed, which is a bit of a headache. People come in looking for different things, maybe a new SIM card or just to ask how to get a specific app working on their screen. We keep some basic electronics and mobile stuff around. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun beats down on the glass front, but we have a small fan that keeps things okay. It is not some fancy corporate office, just a local place where you can get your telecom stuff sorted without a lot of fuss. I know most of the people who walk past every day. It’s been our routine for a while now and we just keep at it, one day after another, making sure the small stuff is handled for whoever walks through the door.
