Our office is located in the Okay Plus Tower in Mansrovar. Dulichand Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now. Dealing with heavy machinery and construction gear is what we do every day. It is not the cleanest job, but it is what we know. The tower is a well-known spot, so it is not too hard for clients to drop by and talk about what they need for their projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, but this is where we do all the paperwork and planning. The office is not overly decorated, just desks, computers, and a lot of catalogs for different machines. We deal with everything from small tools to the bigger stuff that moves dirt. Mansrovar is a busy area, so there is always noise coming from the street below. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when we have multiple jobs going at once, but we manage. We are not the type to wear suits and ties every day, we prefer to keep it practical. If a machine breaks down or a site needs something fast, we are the ones people call. It is a tough industry, but we like the challenge of getting things delivered on time. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the equipment is ready to go whenever it is needed.
