Located at Plot No.35 B in Ram Nagar Colony. We’re on Vanasthali Marg, right by the Sindhi Camp bus stand. It’s a very hectic area. The buses are always honking and there’s people everywhere. We deal with big machines like earthmovers. It’s heavy equipment work. The plot is mostly dirt and machines. We spend our days coordinating where the backhoes need to go. Construction is big around here, so we stay busy. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the drivers are on time and the machines have fuel. My uncle started this business and I joined him after school. We don't have a polished office. It’s just a place to keep the keys and take calls. The dust from the road comes inside no matter how much we sweep. We don't mind it much. We know the guys at the bus stand and get our lunch from the stalls there. It’s a rough and tumble kind of business. Things break down and you have to fix them right there in the dirt. No fancy manuals, just experience. People know they can find us here near the station. We just keep at it day after day. In the evenings, we sit out on some plastic chairs and watch the last buses leave for the night. It's a loud place to work, but it feels like where we belong. We don't use fancy talk. We just dig holes and move earth for people.
