Our business is located at F-94 in the Vki Area, specifically within the Vishwkarma Industrial Estate. Being on Road No. 6 puts us in a busy part of the industrial zone. Around here, it’s mostly concrete and warehouses, which suits our earthmoving business just fine. We keep heavy machinery for industrial projects and construction sites all over the region. Grease, spare parts, and equipment usually fill the yard. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where the actual work gets done. Because the dust in the Vki Area is hard on engines, we spend a lot of time maintaining the machines. Our small crew of mechanics and operators has been with us for years. Meetings and fancy presentations aren't really our thing. Most of our clients are other business owners in the industrial estate who just need something moved or cleared out quickly. Road No. 6 is a good spot because big trailers can get in and out easily when we transport machines to distant sites. Even though it’s a loud and busy environment, we’ve grown to like it over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machinery. If the equipment is running well, then the business is doing okay. On days when it's not too hot, we usually have lunch together out in the yard. It’s a tough environment, but it feels right for the kind of work we do every day.
