Our office is located at O-12 in the Pari Jaat Complex, right on Ashok Marg in the C Scheme area. Even though the name sounds big, Crossland Earth Movers is really just a group of us trying to keep things moving. We deal with heavy machinery and all the logistics that come with it. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on equipment locations. The C Scheme area is usually pretty busy, so getting in and out of the complex can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and schedules. It isn't glamorous work. There’s usually someone complaining about a delay or a broken part, and we just have to figure it out. We don’t have fancy brochures. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we don't mess around. We just tell it like it is. If a machine isn't ready, we say so. We've seen a lot of changes in the earth-moving business over the years, but the basics stay the same. You need reliable gear and people who show up when they say they will. We try to be those people. The office is often full of folders and maps, and there’s always a pot of tea going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just want to make sure the jobs get finished. It's a lot of hard work, but we like it.
