We are located on the second and third floors of Plot No. J-455 in the Sitapura Industrial Area of Jaipur. It's a big industrial zone, so there's always noise and movement outside. Having two floors gives us enough room to keep the production separate from the storage, which helps keep things from getting too messy. We work with all sorts of textiles. Some days it feels like we are drowning in cloth, but we usually have it under control. The staff here are mostly locals who have been in the textile game for a long time. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the work done. If a machine breaks down, we roll up our sleeves and try to get it running again. It's not always pretty, and the floors definitely aren't spotless, but we are productive. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or shiny brochures. Most of our business comes from people who know us and trust that we’ll get them their goods on time. It can be hot and dusty in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a textile firm in Sitapura doing our best to keep up with the orders and keep the business healthy for everyone involved.
