We are located right on Sanga Setu Road in Sanganer. It's a busy stretch of road with a lot of traffic passing by all day. Divya Sanchar has been sitting here for some time now. The dust from the road usually finds its way inside, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s not a big place, just a simple shop where we handle communication needs. We see a lot of people walking by on their way to the market or the bus stop. Sometimes they just pop in to ask for directions or to check on something. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. We keep a few chairs for people to sit if they have to wait. There’s a tea stall nearby that keeps us going during the long afternoons. In the rainy season, the road gets a bit messy, but customers still find their way to us. We don’t do much advertising; mostly it’s just folks who live nearby or work in the local shops. My brother and I take turns sitting at the front. We’ve got a rhythm down for how things work here. Sanganer is a busy area, and being on Sanga Setu Road means there’s never a quiet moment. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come through. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We've been thinking about painting the walls, but then we’d have to move all the boxes, so we just leave it. It’s more important that the customers get what they need when they walk in from Sanga Setu Road.
