Our office is at 79/12 on Shipra Path in the Mansarovar area. It’s a decent-sized space but usually looks a bit cluttered with blueprints and site maps spread out everywhere. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to contractors. There’s always someone coming in or out with a hard hat or a roll of papers. We don't have a fancy lobby; it's mostly just desks and files. Mansarovar is a busy place, and being on Shipra Path means we see a lot of traffic all day long. We deal with the planning side of things here, so there is a lot of arguing over timelines and materials. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a proposal or check on a project status. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the room. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do and where to find us. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people to make sure things get built right. We’ve been in this office for a good while and the walls are covered with photos of old projects we helped with. It’s a busy environment where things are always moving, and we just try to keep up with the schedule. It gets stressful but we manage to get through the pile of work.
