Dilip Mobile

Our place is called Dilip Mobile and you can find us at Shop No 21 on the Link Road, right near M I Road. It’s a busy spot because of the main road nearby, but Link Road itself has its own vibe. We have a small counter and some stools for when people want to wait around. Most of the day is spent talking to customers about different models or fixing a screen that got cracked. I’ve worked here for a while and I know the local area pretty well. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular mobile store with glass cases and some posters on the walls. We keep a small radio in the back for some music while we work. It’s often quite dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we are always wiping things down. We don't have a lot of staff, just me and a couple of others who help out. It’s a tight space but we make it work somehow. People come to Shop No 21 because they know we are usually here and we don't move around. M I Road is always changing but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We don't use any fancy language to talk to people. We just talk like normal folks and try to be helpful. That’s how we've always done things here.
