Dilip Enterprises Mobile Point is right on Nehru Bazar Link Road 21. It’s a small place, but we’re always busy. People come in with cracked screens or phones that won't turn on. I spend most of my day looking through a magnifying glass at tiny circuit boards and chips. The shop is usually full of empty boxes, spare parts, and charging cables. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly. Nehru Bazar is a crowded area, so there’s always someone stopping by to ask for a recharge or a new case for their phone. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working behind the counter. Sometimes we run out of space because so many people leave their phones for repair and forget to pick them up. I’ve lived around Link Road for a long time. It’s a good spot for a mobile shop. We don’t do much talking about excellence or anything like that. We just fix what’s broken. If we can’t fix it, we tell you straight instead of making you wait. Most of our tools are old but they work just fine for what we need. The light in the shop isn't the best, but we manage somehow. On rainy days, the water drips a bit near the door, so we put an old bucket there. It’s just a normal shop trying to help people stay connected. We like the buzz of the bazaar.
