Dharitri Beauty Saloon

This is Dharitri Beauty Saloon, located at House No 695 on Baba Harish Chandra Marg. We are right in the Indira Bazar area of Jaipur, just across from the Axis Bank ATM. Being in the middle of a market like Indira Bazar means there is never a dull moment. There is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside. Our shop is quite old-fashioned in its way. We have the basic setup for haircuts, facials, and bridal work when the season comes around. The building itself has that old Jaipur character to it. We keep our supplies tucked away in cupboards and the mirrors are always wiped down first thing in the morning. People stop in because they are already in the bazaar for shopping and they need a quick break or a touch-up. It’s a small space, so you get to know the customers pretty well. We don’t do any big promotions or ads. The ATM across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just focus on the work, whether it’s a simple trim or something more. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we have our fans going. It’s just a normal life running a saloon in a busy market. We like being part of the noise and the energy of Indira Bazar.
