Craft Galaxy

Here at Craft Galaxy, we spend our days working with our hands. We are located at C 652/90 in Subhash Nagar, right in the Sanjay Nagar area. It is more of a workshop than a fancy showroom. We have scraps of materials and tools lying around everywhere. Sometimes it looks like a mess to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We make different things depending on what people ask for. Most of us living and working here have been doing this for years. We learned from our parents or just by practicing every day. The space is a bit small, especially when we have a big order to finish. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. We just focus on the items we are making. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the sounds of cutting and hammering. We sit on stools and work until the light fades. Subhash Nagar is a tight-knit place where everyone knows what their neighbor is doing. We get our supplies from the local markets nearby. We don't try to be a big factory. We just like making things that look nice and last for a while. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that is part of the process. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in our little corner of the city. We hope to keep the craft going for another generation if we can.
