Computer Chipware

Computer Chipware is located at F 100/115 in Indira Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know it can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends when everyone is out. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by workbenches and boxes of spare parts and cables. We sell some components too, like keyboards or mice, but mostly we’re here to fix things that are broken. Indira Bazar is a great spot because you can find almost anything nearby while you wait. We get a lot of people who are out shopping and decide to drop off their laptop because it’s been running slow or just acting weird lately. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we're some big company. We’re just a local business. My hands are usually a bit dirty from handling old hardware, and there’s always a fan whirring in the background somewhere to keep the heat down. We handle everything from keyboards that have missing keys to systems that have been hit by power surges during the monsoon season. It’s just us working through the pile of repairs every day. We don’t have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just like to see a computer turn back on when it was supposed to be dead. It’s a good feeling for us.
