Ashoka Computers

We are located over at Jawahar Nagar in Gole Market, right at number 144. It’s a decent sized shop where we keep all sorts of computer things. Most days start with me opening up the shutters and dusting off the display cases. We have a lot of people from the neighborhood dropping by to ask about cables or maybe a new keyboard. The Gole Market area is always lively, so there’s always something to look at out the window. It’s not just about selling things though, often we are just helping someone figure out their settings or why their printer isn’t working. We’ve got a couple of benches for people to sit while we look at their machines. The walls are lined with boxes and it can get a bit cluttered if we have a big shipment come in. My brother usually handles the customers while I stay in the back area. We don't really do much advertising, people just know we are here. It’s a simple setup. We like the local vibe of Jawahar Nagar and many of our customers have been coming to us since they bought their first PC. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day and talk to the other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a steady routine that suits us just fine. We don't try to be anything we are not, just a place for tech stuff. People seem to appreciate that we take our time with things.
