Colours Beauty Parlours

Our parlour is tucked away in Jai Baton Wali Gali, right near the Jhotwara overbridge. It is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. We have been at this spot on Khatipura Road for a good while now. It is mostly women from the neighborhood who come in for threadings or getting their hair colored. The space is okay and we have a few stations set up. It gets a bit noisy because of the traffic near the bridge, but inside it is usually just the sound of the hair dryer or people talking. We keep things pretty straightforward here. Nothing is too complicated. If you need something done for a wedding or just a regular cleanup, we handle that. My cousin and I run the place together. We learned the work a long time ago and just decided to open up in Jhotwara since we live nearby. It is a busy street, especially in the evenings. We try to keep the place clean, though the floor gets covered in hair pretty fast when it is busy. Most of the ladies who come here are friends now. We know their kids and what is going on in their lives. It is not a big corporate chain or anything like that. Just a small local business. Sometimes we stay open late if a customer really needs it. It is just how things work around here. We do our best with what we have and keep going.
