Ciana Crafts Private Limited is tucked away in Sector 22 of Pratap Nagar at 22J-21. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on the craft business. It isn't a retail shop where you'd see everything on display in windows. It's more of a workspace where we get the actual crafting and administrative stuff done. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, which suits us just fine. We spend our hours dealing with different craft materials and getting orders ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes the place gets a bit messy with boxes and supplies everywhere, but that’s just the nature of working with crafts. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big marketing department. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. We like the fact that it’s a low-key operation without all the corporate stress. If you come by, you might find us busy packing things or talking to suppliers on the phone. We don't really have a set routine because every day brings a different kind of task. One day we might be looking at designs, and the next we are just doing inventory. It’s a simple way of working, and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a steady one in Pratap Nagar doing our best with the tools we have.
