We’ve been running Bangles World for some time now at No. 164 Nahargarh Road. It sits right on the corner of Chandpole Bazar, so it’s hard to miss us if you’re walking through the market. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot of stuff into the shelves. Most mornings start with us rolling up the shutters and sweeping out the front. The dust from the road is a constant battle, especially with all the rickshaws zooming past. We have boxes of bangles stacked all the way to the ceiling. If someone wants a specific shade of green or a certain size of glass bangle, we usually know exactly which stack it’s in. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps. The neighbors around here are friendly, and we often share a cup of tea while waiting for the next person to stop by. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name and the address. People come in looking for something simple for daily wear or something bright for a party. We just try to keep things tidy and help out when someone asks. The corner gets very crowded during the festivals, which makes the shop feel even smaller, but we like the energy of the bazaar. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here on Nahargarh Road. We try to keep the glass counters clean, but with so many people touching them, it's a bit of a never-ending task throughout the day.
