You can find us on Jhotwara Road in Bhomiya Nagar at number 21. It’s a small shop that’s been part of the street for a while. We deal with all sorts of mobile things, mostly just doing recharges and selling small accessories like chargers and earphones. The front counter is where we spend most of our day. It’s covered in glass so people can see the different phone models and covers we have in stock. The walls are lined with pegboards holding various cables and screen protectors in plastic packaging. Bhomiya Nagar is a pretty tight-knit area, so we see the same faces almost every day. It’s not a high-end showroom, just a simple telecom point for the neighborhood. Sometimes the internet connection acts up, and we have to restart the router a few times to get the recharge systems working again. There’s a small ceiling fan that wobbles a little when it’s on the highest setting. We don’t really have a big staff, just one or two of us here to help people out. The shop floor is small, so it gets cramped if more than three people are inside at once. We usually have the radio playing some local music to pass the time between customers. It’s a straightforward business, and we just try to keep things moving along without much fuss.
