If you are looking for Capital Cellular, you have to head down Sansar Chandra Road. We are situated in lane 212, which is right by Hotel Mansingh. It can be a little tricky to find us if you aren't looking closely, but once you get into the lane, we are right there. The shop is filled with all sorts of mobile accessories, from cables that seem too long to the ones that are way too short. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a mix of tourists from the hotel and locals who work in the nearby offices. We spend our days answering questions about data plans or showing people how to use their new gadgets. The space inside is fairly narrow, so if more than three people come in at once, it starts to feel pretty crowded. We do a lot of small repairs right here behind the glass counter. It’s a lot of fiddling with tiny screws and making sure we don't lose any of the small parts. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us handling the customers as they come through the door. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by delivery bikes, but that’s just life on Sansar Chandra Road. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever phone issue is in front of us.
