Bhivpuriawala

Our place is located in the Chandpol Anaz Mandi, specifically at B-16. If you know the grain market area, you know how hectic it gets with all the trucks and laborers moving sacks around. We’ve been operating Bhivpuriawala from this spot for quite a while. It’s an old part of the city, and the buildings have that aged look to them. We mostly deal with the people who work in the mandi and locals who come for their daily needs. It’s not a quiet place at all. From early morning, there’s shouting and the sound of heavy bags being moved. We have a small staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the actual business of the day. We don’t have fancy signs or big lights. It’s just a practical shop in a very busy market. Sometimes the dust from the grains gets everywhere, so we are constantly sweeping. We know most of our neighbors by name since we see them every single day. It’s a routine life, really. We open up early, do our work, and close when the market starts to wind down. There isn’t much more to it than that. It’s just a solid, local business in the heart of the old city market. We don't really have a big office, just a desk in the corner where we keep our books and papers. It works for us. We've been part of this mandi for as long as I can remember.
