We set things up at House No. 31 in Hardev Colony, right across from the Ram Mandir on Tonk Road. It is a house, so it does not look like a big sports center from the outside. You have to know where you are going. Inside, we have the space set up for the shooting practice. It can get a bit loud, though we try to keep things contained so we do not bother the neighbors in the colony too much. Tonk Road is always a mess with traffic, so we usually hear the horns honking while someone is trying to take a shot. The temple across the way is a good landmark for people coming for the first time. We spend a lot of time maintaining the equipment and making sure the targets are set up right. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking the air pressure and cleaning the pellets off the floor at the end of the day. My back usually hurts by five o'clock from leaning over the benches. We aren't a big fancy club, just a place in Jaipur where people come to practice. Sometimes the tea stall down the street brings us over a few cups when we are having a long session. It is a decent life, even if the house gets a bit crowded when more than five people show up at once. We just make do with the space we have.
